My work sits at the intersection of UKG Pro, performance management, and learning. I support organizations with system configuration, administration, reporting, testing, governance, and ongoing optimization. But the work does not stop with the platform.

I help connect the technology to the system behind it: clear performance expectations, competencies and goals, learning and qualification, manager practices, review cycles, workflows, reporting, and accountability.

When performance is not producing the result an organization needs, I look beyond training or configuration alone. I identify what is getting in the way, define what successful performance should look like, and build the practical systems needed to support it.
